“To know how to cook well, a chef needs to know what is good food, and that is done by tasting and sampling and figuring out what flavours work,” said Chef Sittundorn Sundaradeja, or Chef Clint of the eponymous steakhouse.
This little steak house may be inexpensive and small, but its flavours are big and the sizzling flames seen in the kitchen adding drama to the dining experience.

“There are two important components; the produce and the technique,” said Chef Clint, who cooks his premium meat for ten seconds per side in a hot pan to maintain the moisture before grilling it to order on his charcoal grill to draw out the aromas and add some char. There are also a few other dishes on the menu such as pizza and barbequed chicken wings served in this humble and casual venue.
