CityNews – A elderly woman was nearly killed, allegedly following a botched robbery.
On February 3rd, police responded to a report of an assault in Ban Dong Lun, Mae Kha, Fang District. A 78 year old woman was found half conscious. She appeared to have been attacked with the left side of her face very swollen. Wires were wrapped around her neck with obvious bruising on her neck showing that she had been strangled. Her valuables had been stolen. Police are now investigating and seeking a suspect.
