The Thailand Throwdown, the country’s longest-running CrossFit-style competition, returns this October with a special Masters Edition — dedicated to athletes aged 35 and above. Following the great success and valuable feedback from last year’s one-day event, this year they’re expanding to two full days of competition and excitement! This highly anticipated event will bring together top-level masters athletes and spectators from across Southeast Asia and beyond to compete in weightlifting, gymnastics, conditioning, and more. It continues to be one of the most respected and recognized competitions in the regional fitness community.

The competition will take place on Saturday & Sunday, October 25–26, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

They’re thrilled to welcome 110 athletes who will showcase their strength, speed, and skill across a dynamic mix of events. Come and cheer them on as they give their all in this ultimate test of fitness!
