This program is open to all bodies and curious minds especially if you are interested in:

– Tools for reducing pain, strain and tension
– Deep relaxation and self-connection
– A non-dogmatic practice to help you move & feel better
In this 4-week Embodied Learning Series students will explore Awareness Through Movement Lessons.
These gentle and unusual movement sequences are done slowly with focused attention to increase your awareness.
As your awareness increases you will discover where you have been limiting yourself due to unhealthy habits.
In these lessons you will learn to move with more ease and less strain and integrate your back, hips, shoulders, breathing and even your eyes for optimal functioning in all kinds of postures – from sitting at a desk to doing yoga to riding a motorbike or doing your favorite activity!
300 baht per class or 900 baht for all 4 classes
