The massage with stones allows for even pressure on the muscles, and the heat from the stones penetrates deeply into the skin, effectively alleviating pain, tension, and muscle stiffness. Moreover, the heat stimulates blood circulation, and after a hot stone massage, you will feel immediately relaxed. Regular sessions can also promote healthy, radiant skin.The stones used in hot stone massage are “basalt stones,” which form when lava cools rapidly on the Earth’s surface. These stones have a fine texture and retain heat exceptionally well. Due to their volcanic origin, they are rich in various minerals.
