Active Relaxation – Pranayama & Psychic Sleep
We are inviting everyone to experience a profound way to relax.
Knowing that the more we relax, the more we get things done.
This session composed of two parts:
The first part we will dive into several breathing techniques that are designed to cleanse, balance and harmonize the mind.
The second part is psychic sleep, also known as Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep, is a conscious sleep where the physical body falls into the most profound state of relaxation. At the same time, the mind remains fully aware and conscious throughout.
Psychic Sleep boasts all of the benefits of deep, restful sleep – you will feel physically and mentally recharged, rejuvenated and refreshed. But unlike natural rest where your mind is not awake, Yoga Nidra offers inner exploration to relieve tension and stress at the root, restore a balanced state of mind and a deeply rested body.

Mark your calendar every Tuesday at 9:30 AM
Wear the most comfortable clothes
Preferably to practice with an empty stomach.
