Morning time crafting and art inquiry with Kru Hem

In the afternoon we are making sesame balls and learning about healthy snacks.

Yoga and mindfulness this week will center around mindfulness from Thich Naht Hanh’s book: Planting Seeds.
“Every one of us already has the seed of mindfulness. The practice is to cultivate it. For things to reveal themselves to us, we need to be ready to abandon our views about them.”

11-11:30 : Snack/ Play Break
11:30 -12:30: Color Theory Art
12:30-1:30: Lunch Break
1:30 -2:30 : Sesame Seed snacks
2:30-3:00: Snack
3-4: Seeds of Mindfulness yoga

The workshop is available as a half day (600 THB) / full day (1100 THB) of weekend camp. Passes are also happily accepted.
