Wine pairing [ BAAN Landai & Italasia ]

Baan Landai and Italasia present an evening with authentic modern Thai cuisine originated from traditional recipes and the richly flavoured wines of Farnese in southern Italy.

Reception: 18:30 with sparkling wine and Thai canapes.

Dinner to follow features a first course of sweet mango larb with crab meat (Greco di Tufo from Basilicata) followed by turmeric scented grilled salmon with plaa som Phayao (Negroamaro from Puglia), minced shrimp in fresh betel leaf tempura with tamarind sauce (Montepulciano from Abruzzo), Tom Kha Goong and for the main course, Thai ribeye served with a choice of two sauces: red wine Hang Lay sauce and a mixture of green-red curry (Edizione 5 from Abruzzo).

To finish a selected Thai dessert (kanom waan) is served with coconut cream ice cream.
