Valentine’s Menu: To start: Fondant canape of Camembert with honey. To follow an egg pocket with Florentine spinach, smoked Salmon and Mousseline sauce. In a main course Juicy lamb, PDT stuffed with bacon, onion and fresh cream and pan of vegetables and to finish Crepe suzette flambé and vanilla ice cream ( on reservation ONLY).
