Pick two choices of your favourite ingredients and create your own dish for an appetizer. You can choose two from: 

Pan fried Foie Gras, Seared Scallop, Tiger Prawn, Alsakan King Crab, Salmon Tartare or Tuna Tartare. 

The dish will be served with a bouquet Salad, Balsamic dressing and Raspberry Sauce.
