Official schedule of Loy Krathong 2019 – Yee Peng Chiang Mai

November 9 - November 12

 Yee Peng Festival official events – On 9^th November at Three Kings Monument around 6pm, 500 dancers perform terra cotta candle worship dance, and there will be lighting candles around the moat and old city.

On 10^th November, it’s the official opening of Yee Peng Festival at Thapae Gate 6pm and Yee Peng Lantern Procession contest 7pm – 10pm from Thapae Gate to Panthip Plaza.

On 10^th and 11^th November 7pm until 11pm, the main activity is Mister & Miss Yee Peng Contest 7pm – 10pm at Thapae Gate.

On 11^th November, cultural performances and floating krathongs from 7pm – 10pm at Chiang Mai Municipality.

On 12^th November, grand Krathong float procession from 7pm until 11pm from Thapae Gate, along Thapae Road, to the Chiang Mai Municipality.
