Yoga for Climbers

Join every second Saturday of the month for our Yoga for Climbers class, led by Kru Nok, owner and founder of Yoga Ananda Chiang Mai!

The class will mainly focus on moves that are helpful for climbers, like hip opening exercises, stretching, and more.

The class is open to all experience levels and is great for climbers and non-climbers alike!

Please bring your own yoga mat as mats are limited!
