What is Reiki?
Anyone can learn Reiki! Reiki is an ancient holistic energy healing technique from Japan working at physical, mental and emotional level. Reiki promotes deep relaxation, accelerates the healing process after injury or illness and reduces pain, anxiety and depression. By learning Reiki, you can help yourself and others, and bring well-being and completeness into your life.

Reiki Level I
In Reiki level I you will learn:
– History and Ideals of Reiki
– How Reiki works, lineage and the role of attunements
– How to do self-treatments and treat others
– Hand positions and Reiki ethics
– Anatomy, the aura and chakras
– Group healing and shares
– Reiki and stress
– The meaning of health from the metaphysical point of view
– Reiki for animals and plants
– Progression in the Reiki system

About the teacher:
Carla has been doing Reiki for 10 years and is a 6th generation Reiki master. With more than 1000 private sessions and 60 courses under her belt, she is an experienced and knowledgeable Reiki practitioner and master capable of taking participants in the course through a learning curve as well as a personal opportunity for growth and healing.
