Emergent Antumbra’ an exhibition as the outcome of Catherine Paleczny’s residency with S.A.C. Residency Program, after three months period working with Jirawong Wongtra-ngan, the founder of IN CLAY STUDIO POTTERY.

Jirawong Wongtra-ngan and Catherine Paleczny are both interested in weaving architectural and biological texture narratives through their ceramic works. They both agree that we are so busy living life that it blinds us from seeing how much nature bond to human being. Paleczny’s ceramic works perform ‘Emergent’ one of the most spectacular natural consequences when imitating organic textures and systems.
