This book is a heartfelt invitation to embrace a lifestyle of peace, compassion, and holistic well-being. It promotes plant-based living as a path to physical vitality and spiritual harmony, while advocating for a world free from animal exploitation.
The launch event will be held on 2nd October, in honor of Mahatma Gandhi’s birth anniversary — a global icon of nonviolence and a lifelong vegetarian.
