CMIRC Rotary Duck Race at Centre of the Universe. The Children’s Charity Duck Race is a FUNdraising event organized by the Chiang Mai International Rotary Club. Proceeds from the programme go to support CMIRC’s various children’s charity projects, centered around child safety, health, and education.
