Rimping Horeca Showcase 2025 presented by CFS Episode 2: “Sea to Farm & The Food Fiesta!” at Intercontinental Chiang Mai The Mae Ping.
The event featured many top chef’s from across town: Chef Oan (Spanish Lamb) / Chef Tom (Japanese Beef) Chef Dan (Thai Seafood) / Chef Mark (Australian Beef) / Chef Bird, Chef Jerry & Chef Aum (Asian Seafood) Chef Eak (Japanese Seafood) and Chef Koi (U.S. Beef). There was also Iberico Carving Show by Jose Sol, Olive Oil & Espana Special Tapas Presentation by Oven plus Kurohana Wagyu A5 Cutting & Cooking Show by Chef Tom.
