Opening of Songkran Festival 2022 at Thapae Gate with Governor of Chiang Mai, Prajon Prachsakul and the Mayor of Chiang Mai, Assanee Buranupakorn. The ceremony was preceded by alms giving to the monks and followed by the parade of ladies riding bicycles carrying umbrellas.
