Central Chiang Mai Hosts ‘Noodle Matters’ Food Festival with Over 30 Popular Vendors Central Chiang Mai is inviting food lovers to enjoy a celebration of noodles and street food at “Noodle Matters” (เรื่องเส้น เรื่องใหญ่), taking place from 25–29 September 2026 at the Ground Floor Promotion Area. The five-day food festival brings together more than 30 well-known and trending eateries from across Chiang Mai and beyond, offering a wide variety of noodle dishes and popular street-food favourites. Participating vendors include Spicyseoul, Amphawa Fruit Noodles, Khao Soi Lamduan, Moo Satay Banthat Thong and many more. Visitors can also enjoy colourful street-food-inspired photo spots, including a playful “Chinese Sister Fish Tank” installation designed for fun check-in photos. Adding to the atmosphere, Haidilao will present a series of special live performances throughout the event. From 25–27 September, visitors can watch Haidilao’s signature Kung Fu Noodle performance at 4.30pm. On 28–29 September, the programme will feature both the Kung Fu Noodle performance and the traditional Chinese Face-Changing show, beginning at 12 noon. “Noodle Matters” is being held from 25–29 September 2026 at the Ground Floor Promotion Area, Central Chiang Mai.
