Thank you Media Appreciation night at Anantara Resort; introducing Maekong Kingdom Cruise Chiang San to Luang Prabang and introduce the new  Peruvian Chef de Cuisine at The Restaurant Chef Fernando Gabriel Soeda Anantara Chiang Mai Resort is delighted to announce the appointment of Chef Fernando Soeda as the new Peruvian Chef de Cuisine of The Restaurant. Bringing with him 15 years of culinary experience, including a decade of Executive Chef expertise, Chef Fernando has graced the kitchens of well known restaurants and hotels in Cuba, Peru, the USA and Mexico. After graduating at Le Cordon Bleu Paris in Ottawa, Canada, a diverse chef career fine tuned his specialist skills in Peruvian, Latin American and Asian cuisines, as well as Japanese and Chinese fusion dining.
