Launch of the New Menu at China Kitchen

A party was held to introduce the new menu at China Kitchen Shangri La Hotel. China Kitchen specializes in Szechuan cuisine, known for its spiciness and bold flavours under the guidance of 5 master chef holder Chen. Guests enjoyed dishes such as Spicy duck tongues, Beef shank with spicy sauce, Braised duck with spicy sauce, Homemade bean curd with special sauce and much more besides. During the party, guests were introduced to Ralf Kohler the new Director of Food and Beverages and Chef Paolo Pelosi the new Executive Chef
