Ikigai Restaurant Press Preview
Local media were invited to preview Ikigai, opening on 11 January 2023. Ikigai the Art of Fulfillment by Chef Noble on Charoenrat Road, opposite Riverside Bar & Restaurant.
Ikigai a place and lifestyle from Japan has been reshaped and re-engineered in a new and exciting cuisine style highlighting all the blue zone countries of the world that have longevity and higher natural immune systems in their daily diets without taking away the joy of food. Noble presents cuisine that focuses on balance and wellness as well as honesty of product by preparing and presenting from locally sourced organic ingredients .
Ikigai will be open for Wednesday to Sunday: lunch 11am until 2pm / dinner 5pm until 10pm.

There are ‘chef’s tables’ available to watch your meal being prepared in front of you.
