The Hylife Innovation Excellence Awards 2025 at the Marriott Chiang Mai Hotel. Chiang Mai – Hylife Group, a diversified conglomerate operating across multiple industries—including real estate, manufacturing, asset management, and hospitality, hosted the Hylife Innovation Excellence Awards 2025, a competition showcasing innovative product and service development in the fields of real estate, manufacturing, and asset management. Under the theme “A Better Business Begins, A Better City Begins,” the event aims to strengthen Thailand’s innovation ecosystem, promote the development of practical, market-ready solutions, and create opportunities for Thai entrepreneurs to advance to the regional stage. Now in its second year, the event continues to build on last year’s success while reinforcing Hylife Group’s commitment to driving Chiang Mai toward becoming a balanced and sustainable “City of Innovation.” This year’s event took place on the 26th of November 2025 at the Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel, with strong support from leading partners including the National Innovation Agency (NIA), Digital Economy Promotion Agency (DEPA), Chiang Mai Municipality, Science and Technology Park, Chiang Mai University (STeP CMU), and Startup Thailand. Together, they aimed to promote innovations that can be implemented in real-world scenarios, create business value, and address emerging challenges in various industries—ranging from quality of life and sustainability to improved efficiency in production and asset management. The event was honoured by the presence of Mr. Dhanush R. Nair, Executive Director and Co-Group CEO of Hylife Group, who delivered the opening remarks, joined by Hylife Group’s executive team, including Mr. Alloysius Heng, Acting Co-Group CEO; Mrs. Watcharaporn Lin, Executive Director; Ms. Pola Mazumdar Nair, Non-Executive Director; Mr. Matthew Lin, Non-Executive Director; Mr. Bryan Tang, CEO of Dr. Hygiene Medical Products Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Richard Teo, Group Director of Operations and Transformation. The atmosphere was filled with energy and inspiration, as participants shared a common vision of contributing to Chiang Mai’s transformation into a city of innovation. The program also featured insightful panel discussions from leading founders and executives from organisations such as PDM, Pay Solutions, Siam1928, Eddu, and Refinn, who offered valuable perspectives and inspiration to attendees. This year’s competition drew a remarkable number of submissions from across Thailand, reflecting the growing readiness and potential of Thai innovation to make an impact at the regional level. The winners for each category are as follows: 1. Real Estate & PropTech: P&P Partners (Videnvaren+) 2. Manufacturing & Innovation Technology: Nicha Climate Tech Co., Ltd. 3. Asset & Financial Management: Datarich Matters Co., Ltd. Mr. Dhanush R.
