Central Chiangmai Airport, together with A Ped Chuan Yim and Mr. Sira Santitranon, General Manager, proudly presents the 2nd edition of “Chuan Yim Chuan Aroi”—bigger, better, and more flavorful than ever. For seven full days, visitors can enjoy non-stop laughter, entertainment, and culinary delights.
Event Highlights: Daily comedy café performances by legendary and new-generation comedians: Over 70 renowned food vendors from across Thailand, including: Kanom Jeen Kala and A Ped Chuan Yim’s Steamed Buns / Mae June’s Fever Chicken Curry, with Mae June and Ple Nakorn / Khun Chai Crispy Pork by Art Phasut /Somtum Je Toktak with her fiery “Tum Rad Saep Nua” /Jukkaboom Fried Fermented Fish / Khun Lin Shark Fin Soup, a Yaowarat favorite / Takiab Thong from Phuket with its signature Peking Duck / Hia Off Golden Roast Pig – Thailand’s first whole pig roasted in gold, Hong Kong style / Som Song Roast Duck from Nakhon Pathom / Hia Ngie Fish Maw Soup from Yaowarat / Mae Nid Steamed Curry & Crab Spring Rolls, a 70-year-old culinary legacy from Nongmon Market, Chonburi
