Local media were invited to sample the “Bierfest – International Culinary Journey” at the Shangri La Hotel. It is an international dinner buffet inspired by the lively traditional German festival, combining the fun of European culture with a variety of flavors from around the world at Kad Kafe Restaurant throughout October up until 29 November 2025.
At the event, you will enjoy authentic German cuisine and a variety of international dishes meticulously created by the hotel’s expert chefs, in a warm and friendly atmosphere in the style of ” Bierfest,” full of color and joy .
Bierfest Highlights
Classic Bavarian dishes like German sausages, potato salad, sauerkraut and freshly baked pretzels.
An international buffet featuring a full range of Asian and Western dishes, created to complement your dinner.
Special every Friday night, enjoy a spectacular seafood buffet including river prawns, squid, blue crabs, mussels, sushi, sashimi, sea bass, lobster soup, along with grilled dishes and German pork knuckle, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
A wide variety of German drinks to choose from to suit your taste, including Wheat, Dark Lager, Helles , or Bock.
