CityNews – A medical volunteer medical team is hailed on social media after a Facebook post revealed their challenges on a mission to Om Koi.
Pictures have been released on social media showing a team of a medical volunteers from Ban Na Kian Health Centre who visited a remote village in Om Koi District to distribute vaccine for children. The pictures show the difficulty in travelling due to the muddy road as there has been continuous rain in the area. The team succeeded in pushing forward with the four-wheel pick-up truck which had been stuck and were able to vaccinate 32 children in the village. The pictures went viral on social media with the team receiving compliments for being relentless in granting medical care to the children.
