CityNews – Two homes in the Jok Pok Village in Mae Tuen, Omkoi burned to the ground after a fire broke out in the afternoon of September 4.
Nobody was injured in the fire but the two homes were destroyed. The two wooden bungalows burned down within one hour, and emergency services took 15 minutes to bring it under control.
The damage has been estimated at around 40,000 baht, and fire crews believe the fire started from a flammable source within a house such as a candle or something similar that was most likely forgotten about.
