Thai Highways Department Apologises for Dragging Dead Dog Down Road

CityNews – After we reported the news yesterday about a dead dog being pulled by what looked like a government vehicle, the Thai Department of Highways last night apologized on its Facebbok page.

In the apology the department explained that their Kanchanaburi Highway officers were taking the dead dog to be buried, and because they were not carrying a bag, they decided to tie the dog’s body to the truck. They finished by apologizing sincerely to anyone hurt by the photo.

After the incident of the dog being killed by three girls and the video shared thousand of time on social media much attention is now being focused on animal rights in Thailand.
