A group of four or five youths, estimated to be in their late teens or early twenties, were caught in a one minute video clip pole dancing and climbing up traffic light poles as well as lying down on the road in the middle of an intersection in Mae Rim around 1am on the night of the 25th May.

The video did the social media rounds recently to great outrage and indignation of netizens.

There were no cars at all – it being after curfew –  and the youths seemed to have been having quite a ball.

Police will be looking into the matter and investigating the incident, as the youths clearly broke curfew. If found, they and their parents will be called in and prosecuted in accordance with the law.
