Special Event Held in Honour of the Father of Artificial Rain

CityNews – On 14th November the Father of Artificial Rain Day was held at Chiang Mai Town Hall. Chiang Mai Governor Wichian Puttiwinyu was the president of the event.

Father of Artificial Rain Day is on 14th November. It was established to honour HM the King’s intelligence of creating artificial rain to help with drought and water management.
