Villagers in Sansai district’s Nong Jom sub district suffered from floods following heavy rains yesterday as canals and waterways overflowed. District officials say that they are keeping a close watch at all times and have a system of alerts and warnings which encompasses the entire area, should water levels rise again.
Officials say that they have equipment to give away for free should villagers wish to guard their houses or businesses against floods and are on call for any emergency.
