Region 5 and Chiang Rai Police Announce Drug Arrests

CityNews – On 17th October Region 5 and Chiang Rai Police announced the seizure of 600,000 amphetamine pills, some krathom leaves, a gun and 70,000 baht.

The arrests were made in a forest in Mae Chan District in Chiang Rai.

Police received a tip-off that drugs would be coming through the area. They stopped the men and found the drugs hidden in their backpacks.
