CityNews – The picture of a student sitting on a car roof, legs dangling into the sun-roof, on a road in Lamphun went viral on social media causing mass outrage. On September 11th, police were able to identify the car’s owner whose name they did not revealed. The person is a parent of the student who was seen sitting on the roof. According to the police statement, the parent “did not think it through”. Police charged the parent for reckless driving and for not wearing a seatbelt.
