Planes Sent to Spray Water Over the City

CityNews – Royal Thai Airforce sprays water to relieve pollution.

On March 31st, the Royal Thai Airforce flew out two planes from Pitsanulok to Chiang Mai to spray water to alleviate pollution. The operation proceeded on the following day, April 1st, over Tha Pae Gate and City Hall. Each plane is able to carry 3,000 L of clean water and is used for fire control and artificial rain (Royal Rain Project).
