CityNews – The Chiang Mai Friends Group met at The White Plate JJ Markets (near Rimping Grocery). Duenpen Chaladlam gave details of HM The Kings Parade to be held on 3rd December 2013, starting at JJ Markets going to Thapae Gate, meeting at 3 p.m., parade starts at 4 p.m. arrives at Thapae gate where the Thai national anthem will be played at 6 p.m. followed by entertainment yet to be announced.
Attendees are requested to wear national dress or pink/yellow shirts. This parade is an annual event for all residents of Chiang Mai to celebrate HM The King’s birthday. Anyone wishing to know more about the parade or Chiang Mai Friends should contact Boong [email protected]
