National Observatory Open House

 CityNews – On 27th July, The National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand and the Ministry of Science and Technology are hosting a “National Observatory Open House” at the Doi Inthanon National Park.

Students and the general public are invited to visit the observatory, which features the largest, most modern telescope in Southeast Asia. The event will take place at the Royal Observatory from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be three time slots to see the telescope: 11:00 – 11:30 a.m., 1:00 – 1:30 p.m., and 3:00 – 3:30 p.m.

Parking and registration will take place at Kew Mae Pan, then transportation is arranged from there up to the observatory.
