CityNews – 8pm on the night of 30th January 2020, Sanpatng police were alerted to an accident.
On arrival it was found that a man on a bicycle had been hit by a Ford Ranger. Chamroen Kongpai, 60, the man on the bicycle sustained severe injuries and later that night died from them.
The driver of the Ford, Nattachol Inchan, 23, said that he was driving along the road behind a car when the car swerved to avoid the bicycle, but he didn’t see the bicycle in time to swerve away himself.
Police will study CCTV footage to see what exactly happened.
