Mae-Ngad Dam and Mae Kuang Udom Thara Dam have strict water management plans in order to ration the remaining water. Currently, Mae-Ngad Dam is the only dam that still has enough water for agriculture.

Mae Jok Luang reservoir is at only 10% capacity, too low to be able to be used.
