CityNews – On 9th November, in front of the Three Kings Monument, the commander of the 5th region police and his troops were out in full force, along with the deputy govenor, head of army 33 and a total of 750 government, army and police officers who gathered to declare that they would fight crime over the coming days to ensure the safety of everyone during Loy Krathong. Along with officers, there are also a number of trained volunteers who will be patrolling the city and making sure we are all safe and sound.
