CityNews – Flash floods and heavy rain are on the forefront for northern Thailand.
The Northern Meteorology Department warned residents of northern Thailand to prepare for the onset of heavy rain, especially in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Mae Hong Son, Tak, Phayao, Nan, Phrae, Uttaradit and Petchaboon.
Additionally, the Department of Mineral Resources issued cautioned people about the possibility of flash floods and landslides in areas such as Sangklaburi, Thong Phaphum, Saiyok, and Srisawad in Kanjanaburi and Umphang, Pobphra, Mae Sot, Ta Song Yang, and Mae Lamad in Tak.
