CityNews – Chiang Mai Governor Thanin Supasaen held a meeting today 20th August, 10.30 a.m. at Chiang Mai Hall to discuss a plan to prevent blackouts occurring in Chiang Mai city.

The governor said that blackouts lead to danger and have many other negative consequences. he has asked various departments to think about how they might be stopped, or how they might be dealt with when they occur.
