CityNews – At 1:30 p.m. on 25th February, the Chiang Mai Police Investigation Unit arrested a woman named Rotsarin Panuwatdaja (38) from San Kamphaeng with 32 ecstasy pills and 0.4 grams of crystal meth.
The police were tipped off by their informant about teenagers frequently visiting an apartment in the Chang Phuak area of Chiang Mai. When they arrived at the room, the door was already open. The woman inside, looking suspicious, tried to run away when police asked to search the apartment. When she was safely apprehended, they found the drugs in plain view on her bedside table. She confessed that she had been dealing ecstasy at local bars and “gentlemen” clubs. The crystal meth was for her personal use.
