CityNews – On 24th August Chiang Mai Police arrested Wuttichai Kayan (29), a man who had previously been arrested for selling yaba via Facebookand and Line.
Wuttichai was arrested again charged with selling amphetamine pills.
Police say they followed him and his friend Peerasak Bualoy (31) to Sukkasem Road, Soi 2 (behind Lanna Hospital, Chiang Mai) where they stopped the pair and found 3,200 amphetamine pills.
The men confessed right away that they intended to sell the pills to teens in Chiang Mai. They said they bought pills from a dealer in Chang Dao called Ess. The pair agreed to call Ess and order more pills.
After some time, police say, Surachart Jabae (20) was arrested as he tried to deliver the drugs sent by Ess.Police also arrested Satit Sriya (28), who they say was also involved in the crime.
Police are now looking for Ess.
