CityNews – On 3rd December Internal Security Operations along with the Chiang Mai Governor Wichian Puttiwinyu, the Deputy Governor Chokdee Amornwat, police officers, soldiers and related civilians gathered to discuss plans on how to maintain peace while during the protests.
The meeting’s conclusion was to have security guards at governmental offices around Chiang Mai city and keep up with the news to prevent the unexpected.
Wichian Puttiwinyu also discussed how to keep students’ gatherings peaceful with the Chiang Mai University Principal. The university will announce their plans in future.
