CityNews – 9th December 2019, associate network of municipalities of Chiang Mai and Sukhothai together with designated areas for sustainable tourism administration from Nan, Sukhothai, Loei, and Chiang Mai University have held “Crafts Fair”, under the concept of “Preserve… For the Future” through arts, culture, handicraft, exhibition, from 7th to 15th December 2019 at Lanna Architecture Centre, Chiang Mai. This exhibition includes some talks to help uphold Chiang Mai as one of UNESCO’s Creative City network.
The fair includes workshops of many handicraft producing such as making of pillow, bag, clay potting, clothing, mirror decorating, making hats, and many more to reflect culture-rich Chiang Mai.
