CityNews – On 19th February 2014, as a young man drove past in his Honda Wave, he was routinely called to check for driving documents.
The police noticed that he was behaving visibly suspiciously and asked to see his ID. Wisit Wongsepanya, 30, is from Chiang Mai and when the police asked to look into his money belt they found 50 pills. After checking under his seat they discovered another 100 pills and a further 50 pills in a pouch around his neck totaling 200 pills.
Wisit, who is an electrician admitted to having been selling yaba for a while now and receives the pills for 80 baht each from Fang to sell to teenagers and workers in the city at 200 baht each. He was on his way to deliver the drugs to clients when arrested.
