The vendor from Hang Dong told CityNews that the incident occurred on Friday at her stall in Kad Farang when she received an order from a rider asking for som tam with 1,000 chilies. Unsure as to whether this was a serious order or a joke, she asked the rider to call the customer to confirm. The confirmation was made for one som tam with 1,000 chillies and she ended up adding half a kg of chillies (dried and fresh) to the order.
However, the next day she went to her social media account and saw that she was given one star by a reviewer who said that she didn’t add all 1,000 chillies.
The vendor took to social media to complain about this client, saying that her business has been damaged by this review and the public has, to date, agreed.
