CityNews – 7th April 2020, police say that on the night of the 5th April between 10pm and 4am a total of 59 people were arrested in Chiang Mai for being in violation of the curfew.

The majority of the 59 arrested told police that they were driving home after drinking at friends’ houses, and forgot the time. Most were also shocked at being arrested, saying to police that they thought they could discuss this matter.
