Police say that a three month old cafe was burgled in the early hours of the 5th July in Saraphi, with about nine thousand baht’s worth of speakers and power banks stolen. The cafe’s owner said that the thief had also eaten, and discarded the wrappings, of a five baht chocolate ice cream, leaving the fridge door open and spoiling the remainder of the ice cream.
When news was released, the owner of a nearby restaurant also reported a break in in another nearby cafe on the same night where a thief broke in and stole cake and some water. There was. Nothing else to steal, however, as the cafe was very small.
