Event information

The Thailand Throwdown competition is Thailand’s oldest CrossFit competition which draws athletes and spectators from Thailand, Southeast Asia, and beyond. The competition has been hosted by CFCNX Fitness Gym or CrossFit Chiang Mai since 2014. Over two days of competition, some of the fittest athletes in Southeast Asia compete in a mix of weightlifting, sprinting, gymnastics, and other events. This is a very popular competition – typically some divisions sold out in the first few hours, and the second wave of registrations in less than 5 minutes.

There are over 160 athletes from different 31 countries participating in the competition on January 20th – 21st, 2024 at 8:00 – 17:00.

This year we will again have the ‘Throwdown market’ on our beautiful lawn at ISDSI, with 30 local vendors, food trucks, and drinks. All are welcome to come, watch the competition, and shop at the market.
